I have a Concord 4, revision 4.09. I am using an Alula At bat module and it works fine, but I was told my features are limited because of the older Concord firmware version I have. I have remote alarm panel remote access via the app, but it does not automatically download the zones. I’m not sure what other features I am missing.
If I wanted to upgrade my Concord board to a newer version, does anyone know what Alula at bat features I might gain? Is it worth it?
