Local media reported the shooting took place in an area where a salsa festival was being held.

The accused, 56-year-old Kirk B Wrzesien, was arrested on Tuesday night at the family residence in Cobb County, near Atlanta. He is currently being held without bond at the Cobb County Adult Detention Centre

At least two people were killed and several more wounded in a shooting Saturday evening at a street festival in Toronto, Canada, authorities said.
