Main suspect is still a 6-person team on the Andromeda. A lot things that point in the direction of Ukraine.

Dutch Intelligence source Emails that were tracked back to the sender involved companies eyewitness reports mobile phone locations … A false flag cannot be 100% ruled out but it would have been an incredibly sophisticated operation for Russian standards.
