Can someone hack me just by knowing my twitter?

There’s this nazi guy who said he have a list with everyone who reported his main account, and he will take revenge, I suppose the only thing anyone on the internet can do is hack someone, is it possible for him to do that knowing only those people’s users?

I don’t post anything about myself on social networks, but I have a facebook from when I was a child that I can’t permanently delete, since I don’t understand much about the subject, I don’t know if he’s just threatening in vain…
