Is there a way to get access to site’s files (e.g. replace index.html or photo with your files) if the site doesn’t have any inputs?

I need to replace some files on a strictly informational site, which only has some links, texts and images. The server doesn’t have any opened ports except 80 and 443, so connecting via ssh isn’t possible
