Giving Away – The Web Applications Hacker Handbook – Australians Only.
I have a brand new copy of the Web Applications Hacker Handbook. I know it’s mostly out of date but it still has a lot of relevant information, but the book is just too big for me to get into right now and it’s just sitting there doing nothing. I have way to many other things I’m trying to get through and I just don’t think I’m going to get around to studying this book in the next two years.
So anyway I want to give this book away to someone who will have an interest in it. I thought it might be helpful for a student or something, or some kid who doesn’t have the money for a book like this.
I am offering this book 100% free. I will pay for postage. But I can only offer this to Australians as anywhere else the cost of postage would be too much. If you are outside Australia and want this book for free you can have it if you are willing to pay for the postage.
The book is in pretty much perfect condition. It has just been sitting on my shelf for about year now.
This is important – i know free stuff always sounds great but please don’t ask for it if you are not really interested in it. It’s a massive book and I don’t want to give it away to someone who is only going to resell it or also just leave it on their shelf. Though I can’t really be sure what is done with it after I give it away and I also can’t tell you what to do with it, I have faith in humanity and it would be nice to see it go to someone that is going to use it. So please really think about it first before asking for it and please consider others who might really need this if you are not completely sure you do.
I don’t want people giving me private information so probably best to use an alt account if you are going to give me your name and address. Also I will not be putting a real return address on it. But as far as postal services go Auspost is pretty reliable so it should be fine. If you want you can just give me your name and have it sent to your local post office for pick up instead of having it sent to your home address. i think that could work. if anyone has any other idea how I can send it without obtaining personal information let me know.
Once again, I really want this to go to someone who will use it, so please keep that in mind if you are interested.

A Program to turn off all features of bit defender?
So I have this really annoying, but I guess good antivirus software called Bit Defender. It’s absolutely a joke what you have to do to turn it all off if you have, for an example, a file, it might not like, that you know is trustworthy. There is off the top of my head 10 steps you have to do to disable it all. Then you have to do it all again to enable it.
I was hoping someone had like a script or some type of program where I can push the damn thing and do all this for me. The software doesn’t have like a “silent mode” like you would see on most antivirus software products.
Anyone had any ideas? Besides getting rid of it? I’m not sure if this is the place to come for this question, but it seemed it would be the appropriate place.
Thanks
