Camera cable routing?

Hey guys. I bought a house recently and there is a camera in the front for the main door connected via ethernet. The house also has an AT&T dlc 100 which I’ve removed power for and the previous owner “doesn’t know anything” about the security system.

I took a pic of the camera and where I found an ethernet cable coming out of the wall. If this is the cable to the camera, a wps connection to my wifi would allow me to start enabling my own cloud monitoring, yes?
