Tool that can decode from leet to regular characters?

I have the following leet string:

‘ \V/()/21_|] vv1|)3 vvє13’

That I would like converted into regular text but no online tool I can find has been able to translate this string into regular characters. Does anyone know of a script or something I can use? It’s supposed to say something along the lines of ‘world wide web’ but I’m unsure if it’s even valid or not.
