An online vlogger was filmed romping in the back of a truck[/caption]
Georgy admitted he was in the video after being arrested at the airport
The naked pair performed the jaw-dropping antics as the pickup truck raced along a wet road in the early hours of Wednesday morning in Phuket, southern Thailand.
Thai authorities are now reportedly banning him from this country and revoking his visa for 99 years.
He also faces up to five years in jail under the kingdom’s Computer Crimes Act, which covers the dissemination of adult material.
Graphic footage showed the online star thrusting back and forth – seemingly without a care in the world.
Furious locals saw the disturbing clip and called the police, who launched an investigation.
Dzugkoev was arrested later the same day – just moments before he allegedly tried to flee the country via the Suvarnabhumi International Airport in Bangkok.
Another Russian named Alex was detained who allegedly provided the Ford Ranger Raptor pickup used for filming the footage.
Cops confirmed that the ordeal involved a Russian couple, and added that officers were still tracking down the motorists to face punishment for reckless driving.
Dzugkoev claimed he was “wearing underwear” and “it only looked like he was having sex”.
Police Colonel Chatri Chukaew, superintendent of Mueang Phuket Police Station, said: “The Russian admitted that he was the person in the video, but he denied having sex”.
“The woman also admitted that she was the person in the video.
“She testified that she was paid by the Russian 1,000 baht [£22.90] to film content together for his Instagram channel.
“He has hundreds of thousands of followers on his account, and he often records this kind of content both in Thailand and abroad.
“When he came to Thailand, he met the Thai woman at the bar where she was working.”
Local cops said: “He also has social media channels with adult content that may also constitute a crime, so his history of posting obscene material is also being investigated.
“The incident has caused a lot of offence and anger, so he will be prosecuted fully under the law.”
Dzugkoev has a bizarre Telegram and YouTube channel where he publishes extreme stunts.
His content includes pranks and explicit sex videos with multiple women.
Tourists Roman Grigorenko, 26, and Daria Vinogradova, 19, were celebrating New Year’s Eve on Pattaya, Thailand when they became “overcome with arousal”.
They left a bar and continued drinking beer before they ended up on the beach and began romping on the sand.
A video taken by an onlooker shows Daria straddling her partner before she removed her denim hot pants and unbuttoned Roman’s jeans.
The man then mounted her and they made love for around 30 seconds before finishing and going back to their hotel.
Thailand’s Public Indecency Laws
THAILAND dominated global headlines in 2018 for introducing a harsh law on public indecency.
Officials banned students from showing “inappropriate” public displays of affection.
They classed kissing members of the opposite sex or embracing them as inapprorpriate.
The controversial law goes alongside longstanding orders which ban people from:
