So basically, there is an intranet (there’s a site with ip only address which I need access to). I have full access to pc within this intranet. So, what’s the way to enter this ip only site from PC which isn’t in the intranet? Thanks in advance!

This home security system has been offline for Years, it is only being used as a basic alarm set up – set alarm – door opens – horns go off- Payment for the service was stoped years ago .
The battery had to be changed and once it was replaced I got a phoneline trouble that couldn’t ne cleared and thus the system wasn’t able to be armed .
To keep the story short … I accidentally EEPROM factory reset and then all my zones lit up .
I have the installers sheet with the zone codes but I don’t know how to redo it !
