Hi — first want to say that I have a connected home security alarm that works with alarm.com‘s app. I do not have a plan that allows me to add z-wave devices. I’m not sure if that is somehow the problem. What I want to do is create an automation that will automatically disarm the alarm when I approach my house.
On the app, if I go to Rules and hit the “add new rule” button, I get a blank screen.
On the web, if I go to automations and then “smart arming” there are two pre-created automations that I can edit and activate, but no button to create a new one.
What am I missing?
Thanks.
