I have a Paradox Spectra 1738 alarm system which was in the house when I moved in. It was not in use for a few years by the previous owners so I signed up with a armed response company and they came out and did some upgrades to the current system (Added 2 PIR sensors and 2 door sensors to the existing system) I also had replaced the battery and radio so all worked well. Since the last month I’ve been getting false triggers only on a certain zone at night. This only happens at night when we asleep and I set the it at the keypad using the stay function which disables certain zones (Bedrooms) . It however never happens when we away from home I arm it via the remote which activates all zones. I did some trouble shooting as follows [LIST] []Swapped out the old battery as I though could be damaged by the amount of load shedding we been having []Cleaned off all PIR sensors so that there is no cobwebs or any dust on it []Cleaned off all sensors as well []I tested the functioning of the PIR’s to see if they pic up and trigger the zone as well as the sensors and all works as should [/LIST] I checked the trigger zone and its every time the same zone with only 2 PIR’s on it that get triggered

So I need some help trying to pin point why it only happens randomly at night when we home and not went we out of the house.

P.S there is also no windows open or wind that blows in through some hole that can make the curtains or objects move or any pets in the house
