The servers of internet in my country are shut and somehow people have access to the internet.
Basically everyday from 4-8 am the internet will be disabled in the entire country (Iraq btw) as a way to prevent cheating in the international final exams, a guy who’s a cyber security something, somehow posted an instagram story at 5 am, and is too much of a douch to help anyone out, how do I get the access to the internet like him?
