Please help get IP camera connected to NVR

Have a setup that looks like this:

Modem > Router > POE switch > NVR

10 cameras directly connected to the NVR (home-run connection). All these are showing fine.

There’s one remaining ethernet cable to the utility room (with the NVR), that goes to the garage – I used a second POE switch in the garage to connect a 2nd router/wifi point along with one additional camera. This last camera is not home-run, but connects to the second POE switch that is daisy-chained.

The 2nd router is working fine, the NVR detects the final camera as an ‘online device’. When I add the camera, though, it doesn’t connect to the network. I’m guessing it’s an IP issue?

The IP of one of the other working cameras looks like:

169.254.10.11:30001

The IP of the last camera that’s not working is

169.254.10.12:30001

In the network settings of the NVR, there’s a ‘POE’ tab, where it shows the IP as:

169.254.10.121

I’m guessing this is the IP of the NVR? I’d tried changing this IP (e.g., changing the last 3 digits from 121 to .30 but it didn’t work). The default gateway IP listed in this ‘POE’ tab is 169.254.10.1

Any other suggestions to get the live feed working? If I take the final camera and ‘home-run’ it to the NVR it works, so it doesn’t seem to be a camera hardware issue.
