Hoping someone can help me out here, I just sold a house and had an ADT+ self install alarm system. I want to give this to the new owner so I think I need to factory reset the controller. The model number is S40LR0-0. I have looked online and can’t seem to find anything. I cancelled my ADT monitoring on this unit already. Any pointers would be appreciated!
