Compatible System with Google
Google is really pissing me off lately because I am fully integrated at this point with speakers, hubs, routers, battery cams, etc and yet they no longer have their own security system.
When I go to look for sensors and what not, the options are VERY limited it seems. Simplisafe and ADT charge up the ass and don’t seem to integrate well with Google from what I have read online.
It seems to me that if I just want some basic sensors and an actual alarm system, Ring is actually the best option. Assuming I don’t need any additional cameras, does Ring integrate at all with Google? Would I have to stop using the Google home app and instead move over to matter with home assistant?
