A friend that has some problem with drugs brought her boyfriend to my house for a party. The boyfriend also has a drug addiction, and he remains super quiet and looks around the entire time. I have some design pieces and paintings around. At some point he asks me about my old alarm system and repeats couple of time “just curiosity, I’m an electrician”. Later I engage with him again asking for advices, he mentions “could cost 1, 2, 3 and even 4k”. Then he talks about robberies happened around where he lives and close to here, 6 in 20 days and including his mother’s flat. He describes in quite details the way the robbers operate, saying her mother was monitored, the time they got in etc… he does not further interact with me for the entire night. I got very negative vibes. Is this story making him suspicious of been involved in the robberies? Am i over reacting? Tbh I’m still very nervous, and out of this encounter i might want to upgrade my alarm system.
