ADT installation charge
Do they normally charge a $100 installation fee even when they don’t install anything?
They came out yesterday, wanted an obscene amount of money for not a lot of physical items. We couldn’t justify the monthly fee for not getting what we wanted in the first place, had to argue with the salesprick on the phone after the install tech said we weren’t interested. This morning I see they charged us anyway… I’m inclined to just dispute the transaction through the bank instead of wasting time arguing with ADT, I feel like I have a good enough idea of how they operate and they aren’t worth the hassle. Does this sound about normal here?
