Hi, I have an older Tend minion camera that I love but all of a sudden I’m having trouble accessing it from the Tend app when I’m away from home, when I’m trying to connect either through my phone’s data connection or someone else’s wifi. It wouldn’t connect and I tried over and over. I even restarted my phone. But the second I get home to my own wifi it connects again right away and seems fine. While at home I also turned off my wifi and used data only and again it was fine. So what is it about being away from home? I don’t see any setting that seems like it would be the solution. Is it because it uses more data so someone else’s network won’t allow it to work? But using data away from home didn’t work either. Thx in advance.
