I have a Vivint home security system and want to add a wireless outdoor camera, but they don’t have any (we are renting and I don’t want to risk drilling holes in the side of our rental house). I want to know if anyone here has tried pairing a 3rd party camera with their Vivint system and how it went? Everything I’ve read online says they are not compatible, BUT Vivint is compatible with certain 3rd party z-wave sensors, so I’m curious to know if that could possibly extend to cameras?
