Lorex NVR failing me when I need it
I need to capture video of a car driving down my block that may have fled a crime. My system is set to continuous recording with motion zones for vehicles and people. I have 3 cameras facing that area. 2 of the 3 have no recordings for the vast majority of the day. The other 1 does show a recording all day but when I download that time block, the resulting mp4 file is greyed out for almost the entire video. However, oddly enough, on the Lorex app on my phone if I go into motion alerts I see an alert on one of the 2 cameras with no recordings and can watch the corresponding clip that I need however it starts too late to be useful.
Do I have some sort of HDD failure? I’m using the original 2gb that came with it. What could be the issue?
