AN ULTRA-violent gang in France has been exposed by police after the country’s “public enemy number one” was arrested after a bloody jailbreak.
Dubbed the “Black Mafia Family” (BMF), the crime syndicate have been revealed by crops for the first time after the dramatic recapture of notorious gangster “The Fly.”

The mob had had long passed under police radar before a deadly prison break which saw two police officers slaughtered “like dogs” and the successful escape of Mohammed Amra.
A ine-month investigation uncovered the existence of the vicious gang linked to the “highly dangerous” convicted criminal Amra,.
Nicknamed “The Fly” due to his ability to “be everywhere”, Amra was caught in Bucharest, Romania on Saturday.
French cops have now unveiled the ruthless criminal group linked to him – warning they are one of the nation’s most dangerous crime groups.
Police believe the savage gang are behind the fatal prison break in which two guards were brutally killed at a motorway toll station by masked gunmen in May last year.
Dramatic footage showed the shocking moment Amra escaped from his prison convoy after the leading van was rammed at the tollbooth.
The BMF runs drug-trafficking networks in Normandy, a region on the French coast whose northwest area is plagued by such drug hubs.
Around half the cocaine entering France from Latin America transits through the Normandy port of Le Havre.
Amra, aged 30, spent much of his childhood growing up there.
At least 24 people have been arrested suspected of being involved in the breakout since Amra’s recapture on Saturday, with handguns and a Kalashnikov being seized in their homes after searches.
The organised crime prosecutors’ office said that the arrested people were suspected of “participating in the preparation and execution of Amra’s escape and also aiding the concealment of the fugitive”.
Several of the suspects may be members of the Black Mafia Family, which is responsible for drug trafficking according to police.
Although many of the arrested suspects were caught in Normandy, the BMF is believed to have ties with criminal groups in Marseilles, and other countries in Europe and Latin America.
Two alleged accomplices were arrested in Morocco, one in Spain and another in Thailand.

WHO IS ‘THE FLY’?
By Harvey Geh, Foreign News Reporter
Nicknamed “The Fly” or “La Mouche”, 30-year-old Mohammed Amra is a convicted criminal who is believed to be the boss of a drug empire in France.
He earned is nickname by “being everywhere” like a fly.
He was born on March 10 1994 in Rouen, Normandy, to Algerian parents, and grew up in a council estate.
Between age 11 to 14, he was charged nineteen times with carrying a prohibited weapon and drug trafficking among other charges.
He was first convicted of a crime in 2009 at the age of 15, and has since been convicted of crimes 13 times.
Police say Amra is an international drug trafficker, who has been indicted for several crimes including kidnapping that resulted in death.
He was freed from a prison convoy on May 14 2024 during a dramatic van ambush.
At the time of the breakout, he was being transported to Evreux jail after attending a court hearing in Rouen.
He was convicted of burglary four days earlier and was being held at the Val de Reuil prison until his escape.
It was reported that days before his escape, he was caught sawing through the bars of his cell – this led to his relocation to a different unit with tougher surveillance.
The calculated gang – whose name is believed to have derived from its founders’ African roots and the influence of rap culture – is even suspected of having informants within the police.
A senior police source told Le Parisien: “The police have never encountered a criminal group this wary and with such in-depth knowledge of police investigation methods.”
The complex organisation also includes several gangs within it which are known as “crime families”.
One of these has been named by detectives as The G Family, who are suspected of carrying out the brutal prison break.
One of the suspected G Family members is an unnamed 29-year-old who allegedly took part in the deadly attack.
He is currently in prison awaiting trial on charges of murdering a man in a nightclub in Paris last October.
“Highly dangerous” Amra is not believed to be part of the BMF, but is alleged to have worked with the organisation to smuggle cannabis from north Africa into France.

An Interpol red notice was requested following Amra’s escape[/caption]
Over 300 investigators were tasked with tracking him down following his escape after France even requested an Interpol red notice asking for foreign help to hunt down the cunning convict.
When he was finally caught in Romania, where he planned to have plastic surgery to change his appearance, he told reporters that he had been in the country for a “holiday”.
The crafty runaway had also dyed his hair a shade of red, had grown a beard and was wearing glasses when police intercepted his taxi on the way to a shopping mall.
He was pictured smiling as he was being taken away by police.
Romania’s interior minister Catalin Predoiu praised officers who “located, identified and captured him within 48 hours of receiving information”.
French President Emmanuel Macron hailed Amra’s capture as “a formidable success”.

A SICK surgeon accused of sexually abusing 299 patients has gone on trial in what is being dubbed France’s biggest-ever child abuse case.
DepravedJoel Le Scouarnec, alleged to be France’s worst paedophile, took the stands today at the Morbihan Criminal Court in Vannes.

His trial is set to start on 24 February[/caption]
The disgraced doctor has been accused of abusing 299 victims between 1989 and 2004, mostly in hospitals around Brittany, France.
Out of those, 256 were under the age of 15, with the youngest aged one and the oldest aged 70.
The vile man even kept a sickening diary of his alleged crimes writing that he was a paedophile and “proud of it”.
Le Scouarnec is facing more than 100 rape charges and over 150 sexual assault charges at trial, with the average age of his alleged victims being just 11 years old.
Shortly after Le Scouarnec appeared in the dock, a spokesman for the departmental council of the Morbihan Medical Association told the court: “Joël Le Scouarnec has seriously brought the profession into disrepute.”
Thibaut Kurzawa, Le Scouarnec’s defence lawyer, said outside court: “He is waiting to be judged, to express himself, to say what he has to say to each of his victims.
“From the beginning he’s been ready to confront reality, to accept his responsibility.”
Those watching Le Scouarnec today at the court included many of his victims who came to see the trial.
Officials claimed he would carry out some of the attacks when his patients were under anaesthetic and being operated on.
The former surgeon is already serving 15 years behind bars after he was found guilty in 2020 of raping and sexually assaulting four young girls.
Two of these victims were his nieces, one was his neighbour, and the fourth was a former patient of his.
Horrifying evidence discovered in the previous investigation into the paedophile helped lead to his new bombshell four-month trial which began today.
He stopped working at the hospital and was arrested in 2017 when his six-year-old neighbour reported being raped.
She lived next door to Le Scouarnec, and told her parents that ‘the man with a crown of white hair’ had exposed himself and sexually touched her through a broken garden fence.
They went to the cops who then made shocking discoveries at his home, including the repulsive diary where he detailed sexual acts with children.
The monster doctor described himself as an “exhibitionist, voyeur, sadist, masochist, scatologist, fetishist, paedophile”.
Every year on his birthday Le Scouarnec would record his age and write a vile message to himself.
He wrote: “I am a paedophile and I am proud of it.”
His diaries reportedly described the apparent crimes in great detail and without an ounce of regret or empathy.
He also included the children’s names, the date he allegedly abused them, and where it happened.
Le Scouarnec denied these words were a reality and claimed they were just his sick “fantasies”.
MISSED CHANCE
Cops also discovered horrifying child-sized sex dolls, some of them chained up, and over 300,000 child abuse images were discovered.
Worrying questions have been raised after it was revealed a litany of chances to stop the monster were missed.
An FBI warning had alerted the French authorities that the former surgeon had been visiting child abuse websites.
The disgraced surgeon had been convicted of downloading pornographic images of children in 2005.

A psychiatrist at the hospital Le Scouarnec was also working raised the alarm and said this conviction should lead to him being kicked out of his job.
It was revealed the French health ministry was made aware of this conviction in 2006 but decided to take no further action.
In June 2008, Le Scouarnec moved to a new hospital in Jonzac, in south-west France, and told the director he was being investigated.
This was disregarded and the monster worked there until he retired in 2017.
His alleged sexual abuse is said to have driven some patients to take their own lives, sparked drug and alcohol dependency in others and destroyed relationships.
‘Beast of Avignon’ – France’s worst mass rape case
IT is one of the worst cases of sexual abuse that rocked France.
Gisèle Pélicot, 72, was repeatedly drugged over a decade by her pensioner husband Dominique Pélicot so dozens of men could rape her.
Mr Pélicot said of the comments: “I am accused of many things. We are not born perverts, we become them.
“Even if it is paradoxical, I have never considered my wife as an object.”
A report submitted to the court suggested Mr Pélicot displayed a tendency towards “paraphilia” – sexual arousal in atypical situations – and also “somnophilia”– an attraction to unconscious partners.
This made him a “very caring and much-loved husband by day” but “a rapist at night”, psychologist Bruno Daunizeau explained in the report.
He said he was “respectful of his wife’s desires and refusals to sex”, but “also had fantasies about swinging” and “got pleasure” in seeing his wife “undergo sexual acts that she normally refused”.
Heroic Gisèle Pelicot told the press that she wanted to be open about the hellish struggle of the years-long abuse by her ex-husband for her children’s sake.
The victims and their families want the authorities, who they say should have stopped him earlier, to answer for the scandal.
The Le Scouarnec trial continues and is expected to conclude in June.
