Recommendations for current Costco Wired DVR System Offerings with 8+ cameras? I’m a bit annoyed with Lorex at the moment but am willing to stay with them if they’re considered the best.

Like the title says I’m looking for a camera that is rechargeable or battery powered so that it’s totally wireless and can rotate around so that I can check on my toddler while I am at the hospital. It will be temporary so I would prefer not to drill holes or worry about safe cable placement. I’d like to just charge it and put it on the shelf for a couple days. Does something like this exist? I’ve done a lot of searching and haven’t found one under $150 that can meets both criteria

I could use some help finding a camera that meets all of these criteria so that I can check on my toddler while I am at the hospital. It will be temporary so I would prefer not to drill holes or worry about safe cable placement. I’d like to just charge it and put it on the shelf for a couple days. Does something like this exist? I’ve done a lot of searching and haven’t found one unfortunately
Our baby monitor is great but it is a closed non-wi system so it won’t work for this. We use Eufy products for our other security cameras and locks but I haven’t found anything made by them that will work.

So recently I’ve had 3 items stolen off my entrance in my apartment complex. The first was my new tennis shoes that I wore for the first time that I left on my welcome mat for one night. They were there one evening and next morning they were gone. The …
I live in an apartment and use ring. I had simplisafe and adt neither were good. Only had adt because of Google Nest promotion. Looking for something different. submitted by /u/tbluhp [link] [comments]
guys – I have a 2-story home with finished basement & unfinished attic. I need 3 smoke & Carbon Monoxide alarms as google nest is coming up to 10 years. I need PowerG OR 345mhz since my Qolsys QS9201-5208-840 panel doesn’t support 319. Any recommendation? DSC powerG PG9936 or Honeywell 5808W3 or something else? Oddly enough none of these detect CO which I think is a necessity in any closed home in the northeast which still has a gas stovetop and 2 furnaces connected to a forced air HVAC (basement & attic) and also a 40 gallon hot water heater
I’m hopeful to find something under $100 a piece unless there is nothing reliable in that budget. Thanks

We currently have an Alula Connect+ system with two Slimline Touchpads and 15+ door sensors monitored by ADT. It seems that ADT has completely dropped even the minimal support for the system now, and I can’t even log in to update the daylight savings t…
I’m pretty sure this is too old to be able to be repurposed except maybe the hard wired sensors. Can anyone provide some insight and options?

I have an old self-installed Brinks system (at least for another six months when my contract is up). They just told me the reason my image sensors no longer do peek-ins is that they’ve been deprecated. That seems to be confirmed by a quick search here.
I don’t really want to install cameras indoors. Is there any other option to reproduce the protection of an image sensor? I have a Simon xti but am considering getting a new panel if/when I switch providers in six months.

How do these compare. I have a lorex fusion, 4K cameras. Very displeased with the nvr. The app works great, the nvr never keeps my cameras connected. There customer service is and no exaggeration, for tech devices the absolute worst. submitted …
