Advice on replacing an existing ADT/DSC system panel for self-monitored system and keep all the wireless sensors

There is an ADT system installed in a house I just purchased. I don’t want a monthly fee or a monitored system, just want alerts to go through wifi to my phone. . Ideally I would replace the panel with something that has an iOS app and is compatible with all my wireless DSC EV-DW4975 sensors, CO2 sensor, and smoke detector. Any Ideas? Alexa integration would be a bonus. I believe it is a 433 MHz system if that helps. Not sure about cross-brand compatibility. Thanks.
