The proposal for the new common agricultural policy (CAP) comes in the context of the multiannual financial framework (MFF) for the 2028-2034 programming period. It complements the proposal for the establishment of a national and regional partnerships (NRP) fund for economic, social and territorial cohesion, agriculture and rural, fisheries and maritime, prosperity and security for the period 2028 to 2034 (‘NRPF’).
