In Uganda and other areas around the globe, innocent lives are being sacrificed in a barbaric ritual that is driven by superstition: child sacrifice. An O.U.R. employee brought light to this heinous practice – one which traffics children for their bodies and shows little regard for human life or dignity – revealing an urgent need to protect those from these cruel abuses of power.

Children and families affected by child sacrifice face immense social, emotional, and physical challenges on their healing journey. This not only includes children who were mutilated, but family members of children who were murdered or trafficked are traumatized by these practices.
